The arts open our mind's eye to the world around us.  Through active participation in the arts, be it playing an instrument, dancing or drawing, we nurture our creativity and sensitize ourselves to the beauty that surrounds us and is in each of us.

Inspiration Abounds at the
Holliston School for the Arts

The Holliston School for the Arts (HSPA) specializes in the education of music, theater, dance, and the visual arts, offering students of all ages a comprehensive, year-round series of dynamic classes and workshops designed to meet the goals and aspirations of each participant.

The environment is inviting and conducive to having fun, building self-esteem, and building a collaborative and supportive community. Students from all towns are welcome!

HSPA was founded by Chris and Alyson Roberts who followed their vision to create a community-based performing arts school that offers a diverse curriculum led by instructors who are passionate about the arts, their work, and their students.  Since 2008,  HSPA has grown from 12 students to 150+, currently employs over 15 instructors and offers a wide variety of programs and workshops.

While HSPA continually develops its curriculum to keep programs interesting and pertinent, new ideas are always welcome from both teachers and students to enhance classes with new ideas, techniques, and genres.

"While not every student may aspire to be a professional artist,

it is our hope that everyone who passes through our doors

will take with them an active appreciation for the arts."

~ Chris Roberts, Founder
