For the Administration, it's about our PASSION, COMMITMENT, and EXPERTISE

Chris & Aly at a Greek theatre in Taormina, Sicily
Dear Friends & Family,
At HSPA, we are not only deeply committed to the performing arts, but we are also very passionate about building a strong business deeply rooted in our community. That is why it is so very important to us to promote local artists, hire from the community, and ensure that both the administration and our faculty are excellent role models for our students. We are stewards of the performing arts, doing our best to provide quality education based on sound curriculum, taught by faculty that are highly trained experts in their respective fields.
We want our students to grow their skills and self-confidence, to build great relationships with the arts and their teachers, and to share their hard work and dedication with their friends and family. We want our students and faculty to find joy and passion in the performing arts, but at HSPA, we also know this must come with great responsibility. It is out of this respect for our students and responsibility for the arts, that strive for the very best in our faculty and our programming. Our door is always open, and as administrators we value all feedback as it helps to ensure quality, care, fairness, and improvement.
So far, we have had four great years at HSPA. We have had the honor of teaching some truly amazing students and been humbled by their passion in the performing arts. We have also had the pleasure of building a wonderful community of families and faculty here in Holliston. We are looking forward to many more years.
Many Thanks,
Chris & Aly

Alyson Roberts - Business Operations
Alyson received her Bachelor of the Arts degree in Anthropology from Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY. It is at college that she began her side career in costume design and construction for the college’s theater department. She has continued working on costumes for projects as large as King Richard’s Faire and the Medway High School Musical, or as small as fun Halloween parties. As strange as it may sound, her anthropology degree greatly helped Alyson become a valued asset working in international business for a large education firm. One of her main responsibilities was to set quality standards for worldwide education and implement improvement plans for struggling regions. After gaining hands on experience, she continued her personal education journey and received her Master of Business Administration from American Intercontinental University. Her MBA has been very valuable in ensuring good business practices at the Holliston School for the Performing Arts. She has always been deeply committed to creating quality education programs in the many fields she has worked.
Though untrained in the performing arts, Alyson considers herself to be a patron f the arts; taking in as many shows and performances as possible and encouraging others to do so as well.
